Five international real estate agency companies set up a promotion alliance and an overseas sales system on an unprecedented scale has officially started up in the world.

	■In March 2001, assigned Tony Leung as spokesman, and advertised for actress nation-wide for Shimao Riviera Garden's advertisement.
	■In May 2001, Shimao Riviera Garden made first appearance in Spring Property Exhibition. Once the first batch of apartments have been open to public,over 20 times clients came to make reservation and thousands of clients queued to visit showrooms.
	■In July, 2001, there are more than 2,000 people gathering in the Shangri-La Shanghai to celebrate the Shimao Riviera Garden Carnival i.e. the actress protagonist selection with Leung Chiu Wai in the advertisement. The gifts provided by Shimao Group such as Nokia Mobile, Golf, etc. made it much more interesting competitive and dramatic. The magical music firework brought the ceremony to climax.
	■In October, 2002, the multiple deluxe apartment of Shimao Riviera Garden is open to auction to the world in Shanghai Shangrila Hotel. And at last an investment company won at RMB 35.5 million.

World famous agency alliance to promote Shimao Riviera Garden in full scale

Building 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 are all sold out. Building 6 is available to all buyers in Octorber 2004. Building 5 will be available in early half of 2005.

	■In December 2002, the first group of the owners moved in and together Suzhou Garden had been finished and open to owners.
	■Shimao Riviera Garden has ranked the No. 1 in sales volume in Shanghai Property Market both in 2001 and 2002.
